Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Certain items (e.g., sale items, personal care products) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free exchange.
